To Allow for a thorough clean, please remove all valuables & Child Seats from your vehicle before your valeting/detailing appointment.

We, like you, are human beings. We try our best to ensure every client is happy, and to ensure this, your technician will invite you to inspect your vehicle at the end of your appointment. If you are unsatisfied in any way please highlight this with the technician whilst he is present.
If you fail to do so, we cannot guarantee another technician will be available to rectify these mistakes.
Once the work is completed, we cannot issue a refund as time, fuel, money and manpower has been spent providing the initial service.
Re-visits to rectify unsatisfactory work are at the discretion of The Smart Wash LTD. If both you the consumer and us as the service provider have agreed on a revisit and you do not attend the appointment at the agreed time, then you as the consumer will have to rearrange the revisit for another time, but at the depot of The Smart Wash LTD.

We will always try our best to be with you within your time slot, and as our reassurance to you, we will offer you Cash Back if we are delayed.
If we are late your time slot by up to 1 hour, we will refund 5% of your appointment.
If we are late your time slot by up to 2 hours, we will refund 10% of your appointment.
If we are late your time slot by more than 2 hours, we will refund 15% of your appointment, or reschedule free of charge, or cancel to receive a full refund.

Revisit or Refund
At the Smartwash Ltd, we strive to provide the highest level of service to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you have service quality issues and your standards were not met, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the service and we will schedule a revisit. In the unlikely event that a revisit does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund of up to 1o% of the service fee

Conditions for Refund
Submit a request via our contact information with service details and reason for the refund
Upon receival of your request, we will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Once approved and depending on the severity, refunds will be processed and credited back to you within 5-7 business days

All cancellations/rescheduling require a minimum of 24 Hours Notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 25% refund.
Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment/upon arrival are eligible for a 10% refund.

Clients can also choose to reschedule their appointment.
Reschedules 24 hours before the appointment are free.
Reschedules within 6 hours of the appointment will warrant a £10 admin fee.
or this will be classed as a cancellation.

Regarding memberships, each membership will renew monthly unless paused or cancelled and will be valid for only that given month. The system will remind you via email to schedule your appointments, if left un-used, these will not roll over to subsequent months.

We handle all vehicles with care, TheSmartWash LTD cannot be held liable for damage to vehicles as a result of cleaning, valeting, or detailing. Each case will be handled on an individual basis at the discretion of TheSmartWash LTD

The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, requires businesses to state the actions they have taken during the financial year to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in their operations and supply chains.
Our statement refers to the current financial year, which began on the 24 February 2021.

At TheSmartWash Ltd, we handle our activities in a manner that respects human rights as set out in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We will not employ underage children.
We hinder physical punishment and abuse, and will not encourage it.

At SmartWashLimited, we periodically offer free trials of our aircraft detailing and cleaning services. These free trials are strictly limited to a standard interior clean and do not include any additional services unless otherwise specified. Any additional requests beyond the standard interior clean will be chargeable at the applicable rates, which will be communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of the service.

Service Requests and Agreements:
Upon initial contact, a service request will be sent to the customer to outline the agreed services and any charges that may apply. This request serves as a confirmation of the customer’s requirements and our mutual understanding of the services to be provided.

Service Completion and Customer Satisfaction:
Once the services have been carried out, we will confirm with the customer, in writing via email, that the services have been completed to their satisfaction. If the customer agrees that the service has been performed satisfactorily, the final invoice will be issued.

Payment Terms:
The full amount of the invoice becomes due once the service has been completed and confirmed by the customer in writing. Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in additional charges or further action as outlined in our payment policy.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
